one of those talented and still significant bands from glorious Swedish death metal era that were not properly managed back in the day, eventually turning away from extreme music too soon - this debut longplay [1993] by Wombbath has got a damn infectious and lush sound, achieved at Sound Peaq Studio, highlighting distinctly raw, chaotic character, making the tracks sound more radical and grittier, while meaty, ferocious and rather intense songwriting was highly appreciated by the hordes, and since its only CD pressing was small and difficult to get, eventually it has turned into pure underground kult; finally, much sought-after gem is re-issued with no less than nine extra songs coming from Brutal Mights demo [1992] and Several Shapes 7"EP [1992], together with few unreleased and re-recorded cuts on top
