Style: thunderous straightforward aggressive death metal

regardless that three tracks out of ten have a word dead in their titles, recently reformed one of the essential entities in Swedish death metal movement is unambiguously more alive than in the entire previous decade during their suspension time, loudly, heavily, and confidently, like a steamroller passing over the hearts of fans craving for musical meat - such a break did not affect the abilities of seasoned musicians in any way, and there is much more ignition and dynamics in the recent tracks than before, from intense monolithic terror jumping at times to crucifying mid-tempo numbers, let alone Erik's throat sounds here super convincing, and d-beat rhythms of Tobias heat up to climax in efficiency, crowning this manifesto of strength, aggression, and unwavering resolve; German black-splattered silver vinyl edition with a pro-printed double-sided lyric insert and additional poster is limited to 300 machine-numbered units, copy #269
