UNHOLY

Release Year: 2017
Artist Origin: FIN
Style: melancholic atmospheric blackened doom metal

cold, experimental, mysterious Unholy debut was so inspiring that the band has returned back with its successor, equally hypnotizing second disk in one year time [1994], nailing perhaps their most convincing set of darkened, depressive, psychedelic, poetic and quite hallucinogenic doom with certain blackened touches, enriched by tighter structuring and remarkably melancholic vibe, never moving away from improvisational nature of music since the introductory title track gets rolling; always with boundary breaking approach and unusual decisions, they pioneered the scene and pushed it towards new heights and lows, performing bizarre forgotten rites that come from the ancient past; first time ever - limited British gatefold sleeve double black vinyl edition comes with new cover artwork and design
