nocturnal downtown Las Vegas image on the cover confirms these guys belong to modern day metalheads, but their remarkable sophomore longplay is a nice nod to death/thrashing roots that come from mid nineties, combining harmonious European school and more direct, sometimes intense and ferocious extremity, layering intricate guitar harmonies with relentless, pounding rhythms, weaving a tapestry of technical madness that balances brutality with melodic sophistication, where razor-sharp tremolo picking intertwines with dynamic, sweeping solos, creating a tense atmosphere of dark elegance, topped with already familiar alteration between screaming and growling vocals; structurally songs are head and shoulders above those exposed on the debut, but even more great things have come on their further albums
