PARADISE LOST

Release Year: 2022
Artist Origin: ENG
Style: grim monumental atmospheric doom metal

the Lost five-piece have not outstayed in the most severe sonic zone for too long as of recent, and certainly felt they have squeezed the maximum from ferocious repertoire for now, balancing their evocative music around the time-tested golden middle with a returned epic emotion, much more significant harmony, monumental gothic accents and trademark, strong, dominating singing - no chance to tag these nine tracks [2020] other than classic atmospheric doom metal, so both the later stage of the nineties and much more recent recordings come to mind as direct comparisons, while seasoned musicians do no mistakes and lead quite dramatic repertoire to the effectively balanced result, where Ghosts stands out perhaps as the most infectious track; recent German gatefold sleeve black 180g vinyl edition comes with a pro-printed four page lyric insert
