it is no secret that since the very start of Wrest's project in 1998 he was both active in developing the USBM tradition and experimenting with ferocious underground ambient sounds, so some esoteric sessions from 2000-2002, partly revealed via early demos, have eventually turned into a surprise Leviathan album, which was kept on shelf for a while until its first official edition in 2005: hypnotizing compositions reveal a direct reflection of classic Mortiis and Summoning records in authentic gloomy yet quite mesmerizing ocean of music, but along those atmospheric keyboard loops the creative author adds up a bit of more profound vocal terror and weirder guitar based effects, picking lone notes and pushing them in quite unpredictable sound labyrinthine; recent French pro-printed tape edition is limited to 200 units only
