totally exceptional album of harsh, epic Norwegian black metal [1996] is the sole full-length release by mysterious, brilliantly evocative, shamefully underrated, and now seemingly revived entity from Hønefoss, where six compositions form a coherent, dynamic, and atmospherically rich musical narrative, deliberately guiding the listener through rough, dramatic, and poignant sonic turns toward an intense, emotionally powerful climax, while subtly varying mood and structure, maintaining harmony and internal logic, keeps inspiring generations of followers seeking to push beyond the boundaries of traditional ferocious genre, so that even after three decades its vibrant, energetic, and freshly sounding character can still be felt, cementing their cult status; recent limited black 180g vinyl edition
