seems that Cernunnus had outgrown the Manii project as a means of fully satisfying his creative urge for old school atmospheric black metal, and he began sharing new ideas with Kvarforth, so this spiritual side project gradually took shape, bringing together four talents of Scandinavian scene: five longer-than-usual tracks on the debut longplay plunge into cold, ritualistic and deliberately archaic black metal world, where compositions of Norwegian serve as essential starting point, while vocals of Swede lend them additional psychological weight, resulting in a conscious return to the early nineties sound, enriched by their later experience; gloomy guitar harmonies, hypnotic repetitions, unexpected tempo shifts and suffocating layers of keyboards gradually build an increasingly intense atmosphere, while each song allows music to unfold more and more openly; European jewel case edition is limited to 500 units
