Description

Release Year: 2016
Artist Origin: USA
Style: mesmerizing emotional epic progressive metal

virtuoso prog metal godfathers have not a single intention of looking back, announcing a bombastic and highly ambitious double-disc two-act thirty four track sci-fi rock opera, set in a dystopian future in an invented country as its engaging concept: it is a definite exercise in excess, extremely pushing at the long-time fans who obviously expect something traditional which is not, thus requiring a special mood and ambience to get a grip on what is going on - accompanied by the Prague Symphony Orchestra and three choirs, its music is naturally complex and over the top intricate, reaching almost academic level, more than often maintaining the orchestral line yet jumping into rock and metal standards quite a lot nonetheless; European three panel digipak edition comes with twenty eight page booklet
