DIRKSCHNEIDER & THE OLD GANG

Release Year: 2021
Artist Origin: GER
Style: expressive charismatic epic heavy metal

unlike most of heavy metal veterans, this - judging by the title - special reunion of former Accept and U.D.O. musicians is not in mood to just remember the good old days and drown in waves of nostalgia, and when you have such exceptional writers as Stefan Kaufmann, Peter Baltes and Mathias Dieth in line-up, let alone Udo himself, who are simply born to reach for new heights, such an expressive nature of newly started, yet highly traditional, fundamental music sounds super inspiring and gives this fresh project significant credit for development - debut single features only three tracks, yet their mesmerism and diversity from epic 'Where The Angels Fly' up to thoroughbred hard rock hymn 'Face of A Stranger' captivates from the first lines; German first press digipak edition
