Description

Release Year: 1996
Artist Origin: ENG
Style: gore grind / groovy death metal

early era farewell compilation of savage gore/grind and infectious melodic death metal pioneers features a coroner's bag full of rarities, picked up from various stages of their blistering career: starting with five unreleased non-album tracks from the Swansong sessions [1995], and continuing with four BBC radio broadcast numbers [1994], featuring Heartwork era classics performed live, it is followed by two cuts from quite rare Heartwork EP [1993] and three regurgitations from Tools of The Trade EP [1991], finally ending in guts and gore of Pathological and Grindcrusher compilation appearances [1989], totaling into solid 75 minutes of pure fuckin' Carcass - from fundamental sickening grind to harmonious rock'n'rollish metal!
