AE gain a momentum with still fresh and hot Alissa White-Gluz, yet much more important addition is in person of Jeff Loomis, a seasoned master full of genius ideas, who's guitar duo with Michael Amott is capable to conquer new heights with an even fuller and more clearly defined sound, where powerful riffs, memorable melodies, and tightly controlled rhythms ensure a strong impact from every track, once again proving that the Swedes have not lost their identity nor their ability to deliver top-tier, hard-hitting and aggressive music - let it be a well-known and already predictable musical formula, yet quality indicator constantly surpasses the max level, so it is quite complicated to name eleven cuts other than impressive, and if someone would make a list of ten bands that have troubles in attempt to ever disappoint their fans, leaders of infectious death metal would end up on it for sure
