ARCH ENEMY

Release Year: 2025
Artist Origin: SWE
Style: tight dynamic harmonious death metal

no time to plunge into deep reflection after an important line-up change in guitar department, because Joey Concepcion's arrival coincides with a fresh emotional surge and what appears to be a stylistic leap back toward the pulverizing roots of death/thrash metal: always famous for high-quality, cohesive songwriting, Arch Enemy here easily outdo themselves, almost perfectly uniting ferocious intensity, rich harmonies, precise rhythm and commanding vocal temperament, so that out of eleven tracks nearly half are full-blown hits whose choruses stick in listeners' heads like a battle cry, while the remaining songs not only keep pace but further reinforce a unified direction, with lyrics focusing on rebellion, courage, personal strength and urging desire to break free, giving the record a bolder, broader character that spectacularly surpasses several previous opuses; European black 180g vinyl edition comes with a pro-printed LP sleeve sized eight page booklet
