renewed creative freedom and recording conditions afforded by choosing a spacious house, setting up their own studio, allowed Alcest to achieve an even richer, more organic sound on this latest studio output, experimenting with natural drum reverberation, real piano, strings and choir while meticulously refining each arrangement and preserving the music's fluidity, as Neige's return to early musical visions transformed the record into a luminous, nostalgic journey where dreamy guitar layers, fragile melodies, and subtle bursts of heaviness merge into atmospheric whole, evoking longing, spiritual serenity, and the pursuit of beauty somewhere between reality and imagination, preserving unmistakable blackgaze identity while simultaneously expanding an emotional depth and sonic boundaries; German transparent yellow vinyl edition with a pro-printed lyric insert is limited to 4324 units
