been active for quite a short time, one of the best kept secrets of progressive technical death metal scene of heyday era was born in Sweden, yet they left an impressive mark in heavy music world: after numerous demo recordings made in two years' time, this debut full-length [1992] was triumphantly introduced by then small yet fast growing Nuclear Blast label, while its musical structure was well developed, featuring expressive harmonious riffing, psychedelic atmosphere and complex rhythmic foundation, while vocals of Joakim Bröms lent the songs a rough yet controlled intensity that aligned with technical execution and melodic touches, allowing each composition to radiate distinct aura and form a cohesive, deeply affecting narrative; recent German black 180g vinyl edition comes with a remastered sound and extensive liner notes along vintage images in a pro-printed booklet
