with due respect to their ongoing evolution that always has a determined direction, effectively boasting the sweeping energy aplenty, ensemble from Athens surpasses its own creations first of all with merging separate elements of music almost perfectly, leaving not a single crack in its complex structure, where symphonic accents organically merge with a heavy guitar avalanche and thunderous percussion, while the pathos of choruses lends compositions a sense of monumental drama - the opening Dante's Inferno and Portrait of a Headless Man stand out in particular, revealing most clearly unique ability to infuse grandeur with emotional sensitivity; a plethora of extra musicians that participated in this grandiose project can be listed as usual, yet it does not tell you about the impression album makes as unity, while profound, apocalyptic vibe permanently stays inside; French digipak edition with sixteen page booklet is limited to the first press
