in 2007 former Amorphis bass player Olli-Pekka Laine has initiated a new project to continue his unique Nordic vision of atmospheric doomy death metal, influenced by vintage seventies progressive rock - he has gathered a top notch, dedicated line-up, featuring, among others, Sami Yli-Sirniö [Kreator], Mikko Kotamäki [Swallow The Sun], and Marko Tarvonen [Moonsorrow], and catapulted with this stunning nine track debut longplay [2010], brimming with detonating potency, sublime mastership and utter metallic passion, maintaining massive weight and broad emotional range, blending slower, spacious passages with more ominous rhythmic shifts, walls of melody and rich keyboards, thus creating a particularly epic vibe; recent British edition
