Release Year: 2002
Artist Origin: SWE
Style: straightforward raw merciless black metal

raw, underground, hate-fuelled and steeped in a depressive mood, northern black metal continues traditions of classic Scandinavian sound, shaking extreme metal scene with this debut full-length back in 2001: blazing, relentless riffs brimming with anger and resentment, distinctive, characteristic, animalistic vocal delivery, and devastating, energetic drumming hit hard across all eight tracks, while cold, garage-like, deliberately unpolished production, blended with bleak melodic hints and uncompromising compositional approach, further accentuates utterly savage character of music, carefully preserving the primal fire of this immortal genre in a new millennium, carrying its cold, furious and merciless message forward; original German pressing comes with authentic cover artwork and ferocious underground sound
