regardless of drastic return to menacing intense death metal framework, eagerly expected recording of veteran entity still triggers mixed feelings - there are too many similarities between the tracks and sticking to standard structures is more than evident, plus it is quite upsetting to listen to MA without two key line-up figures, yet to start with, this version of the band picks up on the pummeling 1998-2003 era, while the returning vocalist/bass player Steve Tucker and recently joined drummer Scott Fuller form an exploding rhythm section, not so eager for experiments, sticking to early era extremity; perhaps they still have to catch up on Formulas Fatal to The Flesh stature and persuasion, yet it is far too early to write off the band to the history museum; limited European three panel digipak edition comes with lenticular 3D cover and twenty four page booklet
