evolution of Ulver and Arcturus, especially at the dawn of new millennium, was inseparable due to both the mutual band members, and the sweeping, non-conformist, standard-breaking attitude: primarily an experimental remixes' album features eight avantgarde, industrial, techno and orchestral interpretations mostly off La Masquerade Infernale opus, plus re-recorded Du Nordavind from the classic debut, with When, Phantom FX, and Ensemble artists involved in the process; in addition it has two brilliant new and exclusive, darker and more intense cuts: White Tie Black Noise and Deception Genesis - in general this episode of genius crew requires a subtle taste for sure, but it still makes some freaks jumping out of ecstasy up to this day
