seems that with these ten triumphant bottom-heavy cuts full of pathos and pride the bearded boys have seriously targeted to metalize the capital of Sweden like it was never done before, or at least not in a way GM sees it properly fitting: nailing down some catchy riffs, adding bombastic intros and majestic atmosphere with unusual for them cheeziness here and there [still in a positive way], it feels a bit like a tribute, yet all Manowar allusions are easily swept away by that traditionally distinct, epic vocal performance of frontman JB, supported by trademark piercing guitar solos with an organic sound and great effect - still, this longplay stands out from the rest of their catalog by embracing unapologetic grandeur, anthem-driven focus, and boldly singular heavy metal vision
