LOITS Vere Kutse Kohustab vinyl is out and available
Congratulations to Estische Kamaraden one more time! Today is the day when luxury produced LOITS 12" record gets available for public. Gatefold LP comes with exclusive design, insert foldout poster with lyrics, and is limited to 501 hand numbered copy.
In other LOITS news, November 26th the band has presented their just finished video for Kodu in Rockstar's pub, Tallinn. It is claimed to have a very professional outlook and its next stop are Estonian TV channels. December 1st is also a date the long awaited Meeste Muusika 7"EP is unleashed from the vaults of Finnish Searing Spear label. Vere Kutse Kohustab CD, being six weeks in market, already achieved close to cult status in native Estland, and keep collecting very enthused reviews worldwide.
Next LOITS gig is scheduled for 11th December in Rock Cafe in Tallinn, along with Metsatoll, Skyforger and Urskumug.

release date of new LOITS cd is set
October 20th sees the Estische flak'n'rollers released from a long scrupulous work: eight months in preparation, the grand assault time is triumphantly approaching - the countdown has entered its final stage! Vere Kutse Kohustab is the album to be reckoned within the Heathen/Black Metal milieu, and the first waves of excitement are starting to roll. CD comes in two different versions - standard twenty pages booklet jewel case, and limited luxurious digibook edition with extra wrapper and other exclusive yummies. Both editions include a tasty multimedia presentation, along with twelve patriotic songs and even a hidden track on top of it all.
LP edition is scheduled for late November [we promise no delays!], and the shirts with new album design should be ready by that time, if not earlier.

new look of Ledo Takas Records website
It feels like a rebirth indeed. Just one word can explain it all: FINNALLY! No, we don't despise the earlier version of the website, but this change has been lurking since the very installment of version 2.0 [hmm, when was that exactly, ehh?..]. Anyway, here we are with virtual LTR 3.0, and it inspires for new challenges! Viele Danke Schön, WebMistress :]
It will take some time to put everything in places, please be patient. But with a new site version the browsing will be easier and more comfortable, we promise that.

LOITS release the second full album; mp3 sample posted online!
After two vinyl releases of grim Ukrainian Metal in summer, Ledo Takas prepares the first autumnal action, in form of immensely matured beast from Estland: the second full album by LOITS Vere Kutse Kohustab. Recordings were completed in the beginning of summer, and meanwhile all forces are focused on the album design. CD version will be released first, vinyl - later. First limited CD edition will be out with a special book-alike packaging, that should become a collectors' item in no time. Release date will be announced shortly.
Album consists of twelve tracks and one hidden surprise at the end. It is already possible to comment on music that LOITS have stepped forward ignoring any canons, even surpassing themselves at times. Meanwhile we give you a chance to check one of new songs, here and now: Eesti Auks.

Ledo Takas awakening: autumnal shows
First news after the summer break are live shows organized by Ledo Takas crew.
September 18th we host the first Prieblanda festival, marking the beginning of the new Metal season. It will feature a bunch of dedicated Black/Heathen Metal bands from the Baltic States:

Finally: OBTEST video CD is coming!
Preparation jobs have taken longer than expected, but now the wait is over - April 16th is the official release date of OBTEST Tevynei video CD! Purely underground show captures the band performing nine selected tracks, including rare 7" only material [Dvylika JuodVarniu, Prisiek], classical stuff from both full albums, and a taste of a new yet to be recorded third album [Devyniaragis]!
Disk comes in a limited pro-printed black CD-R edition with A5 sized case. More info - in Releases section.

Ledo Takas Records sign LOITS for the debut LP/CD
It is now official: after a successful Legion Estland 7"EP and European tour in autumn 2003 Ledo Takas Records have inked a new deal with Estonian bearers of northern cold, namely Loits, for the realization of their debut album. The band is ready to occupy one of Tallinn studios in late April, and the release is scheduled for this coming autumn.

Breaking news for all fans of cult Ukrainian horde: Ledo Takas Records will release a vinyl version of the groundripping 2000's album this coming spring. Exclusive edition comes in a gatefold double black vinyl 12"LP format and includes two bonus live tracks.
Earlier Nechrist was released on CD [The End Records in USA and Last Episode Productions in Europe] and tape formats.

LOITS Legion Estland EP - the album of the year in Estonia
According to the results of annual quiz run by long time Metallion radio show on the biggest Estonian radio station Raadio 2, Legion Estland was voted the best Metal album of 2003 in Estonia, getting much more votes than closest competitors Recycle Bin and Herald. Congratulations!
