Manala is the realm of the dead, a mythic place found in old Finnish folk literature, guarded by Mana, a god of death - technically it could make the Korps to nail a darker slab of sorts, but such proposition is totally wrong, as they look like having maximum fun even in hell, building an energetic, loud and upbeat set in the best tradition of folk metal genre; good thing is that twelve tracks reveal much more diversity in rhythmics, guitar interplay and even vocal departments, resulting in more than a few hit songs
